Watch Status has been removed from the credit rating of Carsharing Russia PJSC (hereinafter, Delimobil or the Company) due to the Company being included in the White Lists of the Russian Ministry for Digital Development, as well as in view of the Agency receiving a confirmation that Delimobil has entered into a loan agreement with a major Russian bank for an amount sufficient to refinance a significant part of the Company’s debt liabilities falling due in 2026.
The credit rating continues to be valid at BBB+(RU), outlook Negative. The rating is based on high scores for business and corporate governance, a medium score for size, and very high profitability. The moderately weak liquidity assessment takes into account the possibility to receive shareholder support. The rating is under pressure from high leverage and low interest payment coverage.
Delimobil is a leading car sharing company in Russia and had a fleet of 27,000 vehicles as of March 31, 2026. The Company has its own technological solutions for the distribution and billing of car rentals, and is developing its own service facilities, which adds to the Company’s competitive advantages.
