ACRA has withdrawn the credit rating previously assigned to the series BO-P10 (RU000A103L03) bond issue of PJSC Samolet Group due to the full redemption of this issue on August 21, 2024. Previously, as per ACRA’s methodology, the credit rating of the bond issue was upgraded to the credit rating of PJSC Samolet Group — A+(RU). The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.

The credit rating was previously assigned to the series BO-P10 (RU000A103L03) bond issue of PJSC Samolet Group under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Financial Instruments under the National Scale of the Russian Federation and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency Within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of the series BO-P10 (RU000A103L03) bond issue of PJSC Samolet Group was published by ACRA for the first time on August 24, 2021.
The credit rating was assigned based on data provided by PJSC Samolet Group, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases. The credit rating is solicited and PJSC Samolet Group participated in its assignment.
In assigning the credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which were, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
ACRA provided additional services to PJSC Samolet Group. No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
