Credit rating withdrawal rationale
Due to contract expiration, ACRA has withdrawn the credit rating previously assigned to JSC Samruk-Kazyna Construction under the international scale at BB+, outlook Stable, without its concurrent affirmation.

The credit rating was assigned to JSC Samruk-Kazyna Construction under the international scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Non-financial Corporations under the International Scale, the Methodology for Analyzing Rated Entities Associated with a State or a Group, and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of JSC Samruk-Kazyna Construction was published by ACRA for the first time on November 17, 2020.
ACRA provided no additional services to JSC Samruk-Kazyna Construction. No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
