The credit rating of the XS1513741311 issue of subordinated Eurobonds of JSC “ALFA-BANK” (LPN issue series 4, Alfa Bond Issuance Plc) has been withdrawn due to the full redemption of this issue on February 3, 2022. Before the withdrawal, as per ACRA’s methodology a BBB(RU) credit rating was affirmed to the issue. The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.

The credit rating was previously assigned to the XS1513741311 issue of Eurobonds of JSC “ALFA-BANK” under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Individual Issues of Financial Instruments on the National Scale of the Russian Federation and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of the issue of Eurobonds of JSC “ALFA-BANK” (actual issuer: Alfa Bond Issuance Plс; LPN issue series 4 Alfa Bond Issuance Plc; XS1513741311) was published by ACRA for the first time on December 9, 2016.
The credit rating was assigned based on data provided by JSC “ALFA-BANK”, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases. The credit rating is solicited, and JSC “ALFA-BANK” participated in its assignment.
In assigning the credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which was, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
